Village & Sales Manager, Baldwin Living Vaucluse Gardens
I joined the Vaucluse Gardens team in 2014 as it’s full time Administrative Officer. During the past 6 years I worked closely with our previous and much-loved Village Manager and learnt and built my current skills through her leadership.
In 2020 I transitioned from the village to a new role as Baldwin Living’s HomeServe Case Manager where I had the opportunity to navigate the Government funded Home Care package system on behalf of our Vaucluse Gardens residents and our Victorian villages, Spring Gardens and Kensington Hill.
In May 2021 I was so pleased to return as Village and Sales Manager to the Vaucluse Gardens residents and staff. Our village, residents and staff are special, and I look forward to contributing to our wonderful and caring lifestyle village in the coming years.

I have been working at Vaucluse Gardens since 2011, and not only enjoy the variety of work, but also interacting with the residents and fellow staff members.
On a personal note I enjoy family activities. I am a keen fisherman and am also affiliated with the Australian Clay Target Association.
